Wonderful hotel with stunning rooftop in centre of Hotel Zone
Amazing hotel, stunning rooftop with pool which was a great temperature. Staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. The room was large with very comfortable bed and lovely shower too. Overall a great stay!

Our best accommodation in the Yucatan peninsula
The location of the hotel is great if you would like to avoid the noises of the clubs in the center, even though they are pretty close (it’s less than 10 min with an Uber). It’s also close to one of the public beach of the cities (15 mins walking). The pool on the rooftop is amazing, with a bar as well. They have several long chairs, offer towels and the food/cocktails are good. At each floor they also have a water station to refill purified water. Breakfast is also good, with different options (savory and sweet). They also make fresh omelets in front of you if you like them. We’d recommend it and go back.

Perfect location, so many restaurants, shopping centers, beaches with 2-10 min walking distance. Room service tidied up everyday and the staff was always friendly and answered any questions we had

Great stay! Will come back for the rooms every better for breakfast
Great stay- there was water dripping in the hallway but maintenance was addressing the issue. Very attentive staff. Will stay again. Break fast was amazing- chef who makes omelets (a younger bigger guy like me ) was amazing! Great conversation and customer oriented. Makes you feel welcomed. Thank you!
